The Penguin Bay offers champagnes from both Swedish Hill and Goose Watch wineries plus premium wines featuring new labels of Penguin Bay Winery. Our wine list consists of seven wines, Chardonnay, Arctic Three, Riesling, Tuxedo White, Tuxedo Red, Cabernet and Maroon Four. Swedish Hill, opened since1986, is one of the best known Finger Lakes wineries and produces several different champagnes in a range of styles. Swedish Hill champagnes are some of the most awarded in the region, having won the Governor's Cup for it's Blanc de Blanc Champagne, as well as numerous gold medals in national and international competitions. Goose Watch winery, opened since 1997, also features a unique array of champagnes including our highly acclaimed Pinot Noir Brut Rosé. |
